Stephen Holland, Prospective MP for Stockport, attended the Fun Day 2009 organised by the Heatons Churches Partnership in Thornfield Park, Heaton Mersey. Stephen was joined by local Conservative Councillors Les Jones, Jackie Jones and Anthony O’Neill.

Stephen said, “I would like to thank the organisers. The event was very well attended and it was fantastic to see the local community enjoy this beautiful park, particularly families and children.

Thornfield Park has been enjoyed by Stockport’s residents for almost 100 years. I want to see this continue.”
